Try-On at Delivery (Check While the Courier Is There)

To ensure complete satisfaction, you are welcome to inspect and try on your item while the courier is still at your door.

• If it doesn’t suit you or fit perfectly: Simply hand the item back to the courier.

• The Cost: You will only need to pay the standard shipping fee to the courier, and the item will be returned to us.

2-Day Exchange Window

If you accept the order but realize later that you need a different size or style, we offer a strict 2-day exchange window from the moment your package is delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and hygienic liners still fully attached.

• Note: Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with the exchange delivery.
